We do not breed the common AKC
registered English Bulldogs
(commonly referred to as bulldogs).
The Olde English Bulldogge is a
separate breed.  Please see our
EB
vs. OEB page for more details.

The Olde English Bulldogge is a modern recreation
of the original bulldog of the 17th and 18th
centuries.  The foundation is mostly the modern
English Bulldog with bits of other breeds (other bully
breeds, mastiff types, etc...)  mixed in to obtain
desired physical and mental traits.

The result is a nice looking bulldogge of great
athletic ability that is not plagued with all of the
modern English Bulldog's health problems.  Olde
English Bulldogges can breathe freely, swim,
handle cold and hot temperatures, breed naturally,
and whelp naturally.

They are medium/large muscular dogs with stable
and trustworthy temperaments.  Beware:  Most
snore, pass gas, are notorious chewers, and can
be very stubborn but with gentle but firm training,
plenty of chew toys, a good, quality diet and a deaf
ear these silly and loving dogs are a joy to own.
